Welcome to apnaludo.cloud. By accessing or using our platform, creating an account, or playing tournaments, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are not authorized to use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the following eligibility requirements to register an account and play paid/coin-based tournaments on apnaludo.cloud:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must reside in a jurisdiction where skill gaming is legal. Residents of the following restricted Indian states are prohibited from playing paid formats: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim, Odisha, and Tamil Nadu.
- You must provide accurate registration details and complete KYC verification if requested by the platform.
3. Skill Gaming Declaration & Legal Status
Ludo as offered on apnaludo.cloud is a pure Game of Skill. Success in our tournaments depends on strategies, planning, rapid decision-making, and statistical calculations.
The Supreme Court of India has held that games of skill are protected business activities under Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and do not amount to gambling or betting. Users accept full responsibility for verifying that playing games of skill for coins is legal in their specific locality or state.
4. Account Security and Code of Conduct
Users are permitted to maintain only one account. Registration of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or the use of automated software/bots is strictly prohibited.
If we detect or suspect fraudulent behavior, cheating, or terms violations, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or permanently terminate your account.
- Freeze your wallet balance and void any pending redemptions.
- Bar you from participating in future games.
5. Virtual Coin Economy and Simulation
apnaludo.cloud utilizes a virtual coin/rupee system for game participation.
- 1 Coin/Rupee is equivalent to 1 INR (₹1) for the purpose of matching tournament values inside the platform.
- Balances have no intrinsic value outside of our platform services and cannot be transferred or sold to third parties.
- Winning balances may be redeemed as per the guidelines in our Redemption policy. Promotional/Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly and may only be used as entry fees for games.
6. Limitation of Liability
apnaludo.cloud provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to connection failures, lag, device incompatibility, or payment gateway delays. Under no circumstances shall apnaludo.cloud be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the state where the platform owner is registered.
